Traveling and meeting new people are two things that bring joy to my life. This series incorporates both of those and shows that in a way, we as humans, are all similar. These photographs were taken in Florence, Italy and feature people that I approached and introduced myself to. Some spoke English and others didn’t. I tried my best to communicate with those who did not. I found out where they were from and asked if I could take their picture for this series. It was fascinating to discover where everyone was traveling from and have conversations with some of them.
